My primary responsibility as a freelance Web Designer is to create the look and feel of content for a client's Web site. This involves developing a graphic design that effectively communicates the ideas being promoted by the Web site through layout and organization, types of colors or images, and other matters concerning overall interactive design. Aesthetics, effectiveness and functionality are equally important and together comprise my ultimate goal as a Web Designer.
